High Power Astable Flashing Circuit With Variable Resistor 0-100KΩ, 2N3055A Complementary Silicon High-Power NPN Transistors

Description:

There are four Identical circuits in this article, the only difference is the variable resistance value from 0 to 100K Ohms and the speed of the LED flashing. The LED is flashing fast when the resistance value is 20% and slowest flashing rate when the variable resistance at 90%. By increasing the resistance value via the variable resistor, the time constant become increases, resulting in decrease in circuit frequency. Hence the output become slow flashing rate as the "ON" time and "OFF" time has increased.
